      I completely understand 🤎 What really helped me was being more diligent with time blocking. When I’m on, I’m on and when work hours end, I’m off. Learning that “it can wait” was a game changer and did wonders for my marriage 🤎

    So funny my hubbs said this to me the other night. I’m connected to my phone and he said “let’s put our phones down with no interference and let’s just focus on us” and I totally had to agree, I really didn’t notice how much I’m glued to my phone.

      For most people it’s totally unconscious but you notice once you stop. Life has gotten so much better for me 🙏🏾🤎

    This was so good! I really loved how Hannah talked about her mom, and how present she is and how much that’s a gift to everyone around her. But seriously LaShonda, how long did the 1000 hour challenge take you? 🤣

      @@PolinaRuvinskylots of hours were logged on the weekend. I barely used my phone on Saturday and Sunday so that contributed a lot. It really helped me learn to rest when it wasn’t time for work.
